Welcome to Academy Place

The "Academy Place" property was once part of the Castle Heights Military Academy Campus (1902-1986) and, as such, is (what we believe to be) a premier location in the heart of Lebanon, Tennessee. For many years this area of the school's grounds was occupied by a rifle range facility, served as close-order drill field (where cadets were familiarized with military formation movement and the rifle manual of arms), and as part of a small golf course.

"Academy Place" has been conceived and designed to be compatible with that same tradition of commitment to personal integrity and quality that were the school's hallmark for many years.

The "Academy Place" courtyards, clubhouse and encircling drive are each named in honor and memory of certain long time members of the Castle Heights Military Academy's faculty and staff who devoted the better part of their lives developing the thousands of youngsters attending the Academy.

We are proud to say that Academy Place is completed & all homes have been sold.
